OUR MISSION
Cricket changed our lives.
Now it can change theirs.
Across the world, millions of children have no access to equipment, coaching, or a place to play. Research shows cricket access improves school attendance, empowers girls, and builds community. The Good Cricket Project puts the game where it matters most, one prediction at a time.
Prizes are 100% sponsor-funded
Your entry fee never touches the prize pool. Every prize is donated by our sponsor partners, so your $15 goes to cricket, not to someone's victory lap.
More players, bigger impact
Every new player that joins the First Innings Syndicate grows the grassroots fund. It's our inaugural syndicate, the very first Good Innings. As it grows, sponsors unlock bigger prizes and a bigger cheque goes to cricket development.
Sport changes everything
Sport changes everything. In underserved communities, access to cricket doesn't just teach a game. It improves school attendance, empowers girls, and gives kids a reason to show up. Your $15 helps make that happen.

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDERS
"Cricket's always been about getting together with your mates, backing your team, and arguing over who should've been picked at number five. We just built a way to make all of that count for something bigger. Every syndicate is a group of people who love the game, playing together, and sending most of their entry straight to kids who deserve the same thing we got. That's the vision. Cricket bringing people together and putting the game to work."
Jake Thornton, co-founder · The Good Cricket Project
